After a hard workday, or any other tiring activity, coming home and taking a shower is all we truly desire. Stopping for a moment, and giving our body the attention it deserves can help us to recover.
That feeling of relax is priceless, and not just in terms of “getting clean”. After showering, we immediately feel more tonic, fresher and full of energy. As a matter of fact, we feel immediately ready to dedicate our time to a thousand other activities; we’d rather go out, dance until dawn, or watch the latest episodes of our favorite TV shows.
