10) Armpit cleaning
Underarm odor could be caused by hormonal surges or clothing made of synthetic fabrics. But it’s a matter of hygiene too. To clean your underarms, you must first wash them with plenty of water. By doing so, you’ll remove any deodorant residues, textile fibers and sweat. Next comes the soap, preferably an antibacterial one. At this point dry your skin thoroughly, and make sure there’s no moisture before putting the deodorant on. A moist environment could facilitate the proliferation of bacteria. Then, apply the deodorant you prefer. Pay attention: too much product would clog pores, stain clothes and irritate your skin.
