1) Cleaning your belly button
Dirt can lurk in your belly button. In addition to the good bacteria that live on our skin and contribute to mantain its balance, bubble bath residues, dust and fibers can produce the ideal habitat for bad bacteria. So, in order to clean your belly button deeply, dedicate to it 5 minutes once a week. Wipe it with a cotton pad soaked in denatured alcohol or hydrogen peroxide through gentle circular movements, from the outside in. After that, dry it with another cotton pad: moisture is hygiene’s first enemy.
