4) Ear cleaning
Ear care falls precisely among the most common body cleaning mistakes, especially if we’re taking a shower. Many people use Q-tips for the innermost part. By doing so, you could compress the earwax at the bottom of your ear canal or even damage your eardrum with overly aggressive movements. Q-tips should only be used to clean the outermost part of your earcup. Use a few drops of baby oil or glycerin to loosen the earwax and clean the inside of your ears. Let it sit overnight, then tilt your head, pour some warm water into your ear through an eyedropper, and the wax will slide out. Complete the operation by drying thoroughly with a towel.
