8) How to clean nails
Washing hands often and properly is paramount. But don’t forget the dirt that can lurk under your nails. Wearing long nails exponentially increases the proliferation of bacteria on our hands. Small spaces under our nails or at the edge of the cuticles become ideal habitats for these microorganisms. To clean nails efficiently, use an old toothbrush or a specific brush. While rinsing, be sure to remove all soap residues. Finally, dry thoroughly, or use a Q-tip if necessary.
