10) Cleaning the outside
Can you imagine which is the most common mistake? Focusing only on cleaning the internal parts! Let’s clean gaskets, right where bacteria lurk! First of all, consider which material the outside of your fridge is made of; if it is plastic, a little warm water and dish detergent will be perfect. For stainless steel doors, remember to use a pH-neutral cleaner. Be careful! Do not use stainless steel cleaners on SmartSteel surfaces as they may damage the finish. For painted side panels, however, use a soft, clean cloth. In case of stubborn dirt, use a little water or a pH-neutral cleaner.
