8) Coarse salt
Combining half a cup of coarse salt with half a cup of baking soda will make a foolproof mixture against
clogged drains. Beware of the pipes, however. Coarse salt could damage old drains made with iron so, before trying this solution, make sure your plumbing system is recent enough to support it.
