3) Measuring pH of the soil
If you want to know the pH of the soil in which your plants are growing, put some in a container, then pour vinegar over it. Wait a few minutes. If the soil will form bubbles on the surface, it’s rather basic, while if you won’t notice any particular change, the soil is neutral or at most acid.
