10) Clear nail polish or soap to limit the damage
If, in spite of everything, your pantyhose have become frayed or even punctured you will have to fix this right away. If the pantyhose are very light, fixing them with a needle and thread is impossible, but by applying some clear nail polish or passing a bar of soap over the stretch mark, you should be able to prevent the tiny hole from widening.
