12) Cleaning scratches from your CDs and DVDs
CDs or DVDs get scratched over time. Even if they’re now used less than they were once, it’s important to know how to deal with such a situation. Rinse your CD under water, in order to remove any particles that could scratch their surface again. Then spread some toothpaste on it and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Rinse the CD or DVD, in order to remove any residue. Finally, dry it with a tissue, as any other fabric could scratch it again.
