9) Abusing voice messages
Although voice messages are a great way not to waste time, it is not good to use them when you have to give important news. Names, streets, and appointments are best written in a message so that they can be easily found. Moreover, better not to send tons of voice messages if you don’t know very well the person you’re chatting with.
