9) Running quickly around a room
Have you ever seen your cat running full speed throughout the house? What does it mean? Cats that live indoors, and have few opportunities to run outside, become easily restless because they rarely get to hunt, so they’re trying to relax by doing so. A sudden burst of intense activity is sometimes their only way to release their energy, but there’s something you can do about it. Playing with them on a daily basis will help them use up some of this pent-up energy.
