Ears: the color of your earwax reveals how healthy you are

9) How to clean the ears properly

To clean the ears properly, use a tissue moistened in warm water and swipe it with your little finger inside and outside the ear. As an alternative to plain water, you can use: a mix of baking soda and water; a saltwater spray; and a balanced mix of water and hydrogen peroxide. Finally, don’t forget to dry the ears thoroughly with a tissue or cotton wool. It would be helpful to do this type of cleaning at least 1-2 times a month.
