4) The curled-up position

Almost 65% of people sleep in a curled-up position, which is a reminiscence of when we were in our
mothers’ womb. The back is not arched, so your spine is safe. The correct position requires a pillow to support the weight of your head and neck and a mattress that does not sink under your body weight. If you have problems with digestion and acid reflux, it is recommended to lie on the left side. Unfortunately, this position could accentuate wrinkles on your face and breast.
